What age is ClanDome for?
From around age 6, once children can use a phone or tablet. Younger children can tick things off together with a parent.
Do kids need their own phone or email?
No. Kids use a family code, username and PIN. On a shared device, family members sign in and out one after another.
What does ClanDome cost?
Early adopters can use ClanDome for free, forever.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in the EU (Ireland). No ads, no tracking and no sharing with third parties for advertising.
Do I need to install an app?
No. ClanDome runs in the browser and can be added to your Home Screen. An iPhone app will follow.
Can both parents join in?
Yes. Invite more parents so everyone sees the same family tasks, points and events.
What are points worth?
That's up to you. You create the rewards and choose their point cost.
What happens when a task isn't done?
You can enable a suggested points deduction after a 24-hour grace period. It is off by default and never automatic – a parent must approve it.
Can I delete our data?
Yes, at any time under Family → Data & deletion. You can export it as JSON first.
